More Kruger Park

Here are a few more pictures from our Kruger Park visit.

Hippo's playing. Notice the five other watching (just the eyes peeking out). Hope the picture isn't too small.

Zebra trying to hide.

Several very young monkies playing around the tables at the Oliphants Rest Camp.

Next post will be about the Cultural Village we visited near where we stayed. We were able to learn some very interesting aspects of Zulu and Ndebele life.
My trip is more than half over. It is going way too fast, but I'm seeing some marvelous things.
See you all soon.

Hi Linda,
Looks like you are having a wonderful time. Wish I was there! Hate to bring up work, but on the Monday you come back, there are going to parking issues. Here's the email:
Costco’s 5th Annual Supplier Day will be held on Wednesday, September 26th at the Home Office.

Beginning on Saturday, September 22nd, we will be erecting a tent for Supplier Day in the overflow parking lot across the street from Building 1. As a result, there will be limited access to parking in that lot during the week of September 24-28. All Home Office employees are encouraged to carpool with co-workers throughout the week if at all possible, and we request that you do not park in the lots of neighboring businesses such as Lowe's or Red Robin.

In the event that you are unable to find parking near the corporate office, please park in the Sunset Beach parking lot at Sammamish State Park; enter the park through the main gate and follow the signs. Shuttles will be available to transport employees back and forth from the lot. The shuttle will operate Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., and from 2:45 p.m. to 6 p.m. The Building 1 overflow parking lot will be back to normal beginning October 1. Managers, please be aware that there will be delays, and plan accordingly.
